International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside EU. Unfortunately, we do not currently cover the cost of import duties, taxes, and other potential charges of your destination country. These charges are payable by the customer. Please inform yourself by reaching to your local customs office before making an order.

All shipping within Germany will be done by DHL.

International shipping will be done with either GLS or FedEx.

1. Email us your order number to return@theaceline.com and mention that you want to receive a return label.
2. In the subject of the email, please use the keyword “Return Label” and indicate your order number
3. We will automatically use the address of your order to create the return. We will try our best to send you a return label within 48 hours. Don’t worry, these 48 hours of waiting will be deducted from your 14 days return timeframe.
4. Print out the Return Form, fill it out, put it together with the jewelry piece(s) into a shipping box and seal it carefully to make sure the parcel does not get damaged during the transport.
5. Take it to a DHL post office of your choice to return.

Please note that free return only applies to orders from 99€ in Germany. For orders under 99€ within Germany, and orders outside Germany, we currently do not cover the return cost.

Returns are accepted on undamaged items within 14 days of the purchase date.

In case you are not subject to a free return, you still can use our return label. However, we will deduct 7€ from your purchase price when we transfer back your money. Please follow “How to Return” to receive a return label in this case.
