14 Days

Returns are accepted on undamaged items within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return Cost

The free return only applies to orders from 99€ in Germany. For orders under 99€ within Germany, and all orders outside Germany, we currently do not cover the return cost.

In case you are not subject to a free return, you still can use our return label. However, we will deduct 7€ from your purchase price when we transfer back your money. Please follow “How to Return” to receive a return label in this case.
