In order to limit the environmental impact, we limit the printing of the invoice. Your electronic invoice will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way to you.

As a small team, we can't do that at the moment. If you'd like to exchange another item, you can simply return the item by downloading this return form and filling in all the information

If you order in Germany and the value of the goods is more than € 99, you can return the item free of charge. For orders in Germany that are less than € 99, and for orders outside of Germany, we unfortunately cannot cover the return costs.
