It's a shame that it didn't work out between us this time. We will do our best to make you happy next time.
Refunds can be made within 14 days. For reasons of hygiene, items can only be returned as long as they have not been worn.

We will refund your payment to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your package.

If you order within Germany and have a value of more than € 99, you can return the item free of charge. For orders within Germany that are less than € 99 and for orders outside of Germany, we unfortunately cannot cover the return costs.

As a small team, we can't do that at the moment. If you would like to exchange your product for another item, you can simply return the item by downloading this return form and filling in all the information
You can then place a new order for the item that you would like to have instead.
